In any case, your data will not be disseminated or sold to third parties and will not be transferred to Non-EU countries, unless there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission guaranteeing for those countries the respect and protection of personal data as provided for in Regulation 679/16. The processing of data for the previously mentioned purposes has as its legal basis Article 6 of Reg. 679/16, i.e. it is a necessary operation for the performance of a contract to which you are a party. Your data may be known only by parties specifically assigned to the processing by EUREKA s.r.l., by its technological partners exclusively for technical purposes. Your personal data will be retained until you formally request EUREKA s.r.l. to delete your account and related data, subject to retention obligations under Laws and Regulations.
